To submit a proposal for a talk, please send email to email@example.com with a short abstract / synopsis. Please include a short bio and explain why the proposed talk is relevant to the themes covered by the conference.
All proposals will be carefully evaluated by the organizers and the Advisory Board, with the help of experts in the subject matter if appropriate, and you will be notified of their decision in a few weeks.
Please specify which type of presentation material you will use (Power Point slides, video clips, 3D virtual reality scenes…).
Please indicate whether you will have your own PC or prefer using one of ours and, in this case, please indicate system requirements (OS, video codecs…).
Please specify whether you plan to give your talk in English or Italian.
Contributed talks will be scheduled in the afternoon sessions, and should not take more than 25 min including Q/A time.
